By using BellBoyFob.ca services and submitting a FOB, remote, key, or access credential for duplication, you confirm that you are the authorized owner or permitted user of the device.

To protect everyone involved, we ask for valid government-issued photo ID for verification purposes. Don’t worry — we do not share your ID.

BellBoyFob.ca, including our retail partners, pickup/drop-off locations, contractors, and affiliates, is not responsible for:

  • Unauthorized use of duplicated devices

  • Deactivated FOBs or denied access

  • Condo or property policy violations

  • Loss, theft, damage, or misuse of duplicated credentials

  • Security incidents related to duplicated devices

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all condo board, landlord, employer, building management, or access control policies before requesting duplication services.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.

AUTHORIZED USER DECLARATION 

By submitting your FOB or access credential, you confirm that:

  • You are the lawful owner or authorized user

  • You have permission to duplicate the credential if required

  • The information you provided is accurate and truthful

By using our services, you agree to release BellBoyFob.ca and its affiliate partners from liability relating to the duplication, possession, or use of the duplicated credential.
